The Fallacy of Black-and-White Mindset in the coaching industry.

Black-and-white thinking, while often considered assertive, can sometimes be perilous. It signifies a closed mindset.

Consider the common assertion that the rich achieve success through relentless work and sacrifice, while the poor are lazy and fearful of losing their leisure time. It might hold some truth for certain cases, but it’s a simplistic view. Mindset is influential, but the journey is far more intricate, way deeper than assumed.

For me, the climb upward has been excruciatingly challenging. Mindset was just a fraction of the battle.

There are multifaceted layers involved:

  • The physical aspect.
  • Epigenetic influences.
  • Life circumstances.

Someone who has achieved millionaire status might believe their path is replicable for everyone. However, a deeper examination reveals nuanced factors that could hinder others’ progress.

In my own experience and studies, I’ve encountered significant obstacles: severe brain injuries and overwhelming PTSD affecting even my brain’s basic functioning, like oxygen intake. For me, mindset became a secondary concern.
